Baptism

We teach that those who have believed the message of the gospel, repented, and confessed Christ as Lord and Savior will be baptized as an act of obedience in following Jesus. In the book of Acts people were immediately baptized once they accepted Christ. As a church we want to respond with the same sense of urgency in a timely act of obedience following a confession of faith. Baptism literally means “to be immersed” and we honor our role in obedience to Christ through the physical act of baptism in water by immersion.
